Taking my own medicine is a wonderful experience ! Have an hour and half massage monthly with the wonderful Neil (Back to Rights) in Norwich. Being highly trained means that am very aware of the quality of treatments that I receive and hence travel a 40 mile round trip to get an exceptional massage.

Talking to many therapists am continually amazed at how few of them ever have treatments themselves! Not something that I would ever want to go without.
