Access:

Parking always available on the road. There are two steps up to the entrance and the toilet is on the on ground floor.

This property is the only blue chalet bungalow on the road and is easy to find. Look for a tall privet hedge on the left as you go  along California Avenue. (Turn left from Beach Drive into California Avenue, house is on the left).

If your sat nav takes you into an unmade road you are going the wrong way!!

Treatment couch is electric and can go down to an approximate height of 18 inches for easy access.
