NHS have reflexology

NHS staff in Great Yarmouth will be receiving Reflexology and Indian head massage treatments as part of a Staff Health Day on 20th July 2012. Sessions will be funded by the staff and bookings have been popular. Zena is providing reflexology in 15 and 30 minute taster sessions from 10 am to 4 pm.

My turn for a massage…

The importance of self care and a relaxed body really came home to me today as I snuggled into the couch and gave myself over to my therapists care. Muscles now soft, knots released, super chilled out – and deciding that the next massage must be a 1.5 hour for me – I am worth it!
